- We ask that all invoice's be paid within 24 hours of receipt.
- Non-payment or late payment may result in a late payment fee being added.
- Cancellation policy, please note that if service is cancelled with less than 48 hours notice or we are unable to access the property on arrival or we are turned away at the door - a cancellation/lockout fee equal to 100% of the service price will still be payable.
- We also reserve the right to reassign allocated appointments if we receive 3 consecutive cancellations of the allocated slot.
- Our staff reserve the right to leave your property should they feel unsafe or if their health is at risk, you may still be billed for the full amount of the service booked.
- In the unlikely event you are not completely satisfied with your service. Please contact us within 24 hours and we will arrange a revisit for any issues to be rectified. If you refuse a revisit then we reserve the right to enforce the bill in full.
