Terms and conditions
Invoices: We kindly ask that all invoices are settled within 24 hours of receipt.
Late Payments: Delayed payments may incur a late payment fee.
Cancellations (<48 hrs): Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice, or situations where we cannot access the property or are turned away on arrival, will incur a 100% charge of the scheduled service.
Holiday Season Policy: During December, all appointments will proceed as planned. If your slot lands on one of our closure dates, we’ll contact you to reschedule. We require at least 7 days’ notice for cancellations or amendments during this period. Missed notice = full charge.
Recurring Booking Reassignments: If we receive three consecutive cancellations of a regular slot, we may reassign your appointment time to another client.
Health & Safety: Our team reserves the right to leave your property if they feel unsafe or their health is at risk. In such cases, you may still be billed in full.
Service Satisfaction: Not fully satisfied? Let us know within 24 hours and we’ll gladly revisit to resolve any concerns. If a revisit is declined, the original invoice remains due in full.
